About the project

CHALLENGE
A Beautiful Story was founded with a social mission. The workshops in which the handcrafted accessories and jewelry were made by Nepali women, create long-term employment for the makers. The brand was searching for the right framework to monitor and measure its journey and mission. What is the actual impact we are making for these women?

SOLUTION
We created a framework presenting how we contribute to sustainable development of the makers. Impacting the development of their families and the community at large. With local research we identified and showed the importance of paying a “living wage plus”. Which is part of the framework and enables the women to contribute to family development and invest in the future.
