CHALLENGE
Dille & Kamille is a beloved brand, with a rich history and product range, that wants to make life more enjoyable. The brand is defined by natural simplicity and already makes many sustainable decisions today and introduces impactful initiatives that fit their identity. Still, a clear focus and strategy behind their efforts, decisions and sourcing process were missing.
SOLUTION
We supported Dille & Kamille’s category team with in-house sessions and an impact analysis. We assessed the value chain for their biggest categories and suppliers, to map all challenges and opportunities. This was the input for the sustainable sourcing strategy we created. With practical tools, like a packaging benchmark and social compliance flowchart, to make sustainable improvements in the value chain.
