As of December 17, 2023, Dutch organizations have entered a new phase with the revised ‘Wet bescherming klokkenluiders’ or Whistleblower Protection Act. What is the Whistleblower Protection Act?

What is Wrongdoing?

What if I have a company with 40 employees?
