Kijksluiter – Better use of medicine through video

About the project

CHALLENGE
The mission of Kijksluiter is to improve health & wellbeing in the Netherlands, by advising people on better use of medicine by explanatory videos and an application. To achieve their mission, they need to optimize their reach: informing as many medicine users with their (animated) videos as possible. They asked us to create a strategy for this, integrating stakeholders such as general practitioners, pharmacies and other relevant platforms.

SOLUTION
We supported Kijksluiter by optimizing their customer journey, with improved communication per touch point with their 3 target audiences. In addition, we created a campaign strategy, concept and content development for medical partners and patients. “Medicatie? Kijksluiter voor iedere situatie”. Short videos, tailored to the 3 persona’s grabbed the attention on social media and boosted the demand for their videos and the application.
