About the project

CHALLENGE
Doing sustainable things is one, but having a clear focus and strategy is a whole different cup of coffee. Ahold Delhaize Coffee Company asked us to bring together their separate projects and develop one solid impact strategy, so it becomes clear for both business and consumers what the different brands stand for when it comes to sustainability.

SOLUTION
We developed an overarching sustainability strategy based on extensive consumer and coffee chain research and insights. By hosting several internal sustainability sessions with employees, we ensured that the strategy was supported across the organisation.
