About the project

CHALLENGE
Marlies Dekkers is on track when it comes to sustainability in the supply chain. The brand was founded with one clear mission: empowering women to follow their own path in life. With representatives across the organization, the sustainability team faced one main challenge in bringing sustainability to the next level: How to connect the value chain from start to end under the same core mission?

SOLUTION
The brand put environmental and social impact at the heart of the company. To spark the sustainability team with inspiration and impact opportunities, we hosted five sustainability inspiration sessions with impact themes. From living wage and female empowerment in the supply chain to impact measurement and building a culture for impact. Fueled with ideas, we are co-creating a female empowerment value chain project.
