About the project
CHALLENGE
As portable hand bidet, Tjebbi wants to make sure it creates the right product-market fit. Understanding the behavior of potential users of the Tjebbi – and their hopes and desires – is important to meet their needs as potential customers.
SOLUTION
We conducted an exploration lab using human-centred design principles. The exploration lab included homework for the participants, one-on-one interviews, group interviews, guided tours and comeback interviews. The participants were also able to test a low fidelity prototype.
Making Tjebbi an attractive brand and promoting its functionality via three key moments.
