CHALLENGE 

By 2050, 1 in 4 people will suffer from hearing damage, creating a significant societal impact. Alpine’s mission is to help everyone enjoy sound safely for life with their top-notch hearing protection. When they asked us about the B Corp certification, it was obvious they wanted more than just a badge – they wanted real change. So, we got into action mode together.

SOLUTION

We conducted a double materiality analysis, developed a comprehensive sustainability strategy, and integrated it into their B Corp certification. Moreover, we set up an Environmental Management System to calculate, manage, and report CO2-equivalent emissions. We also developed a product and packaging procurement policy to ensure all suppliers meet Alpine’s sustainability requirements. To ensure Alpine can measure the social impact of their products and campaigns, we used the Theory of Change. This enabled us to map out the desired positive behaviour changes of their users.
