CHALLENGE
Telecommunication has a considerable impact on the environment: causing over 3% of global CO2. The telecom sector is however in the position to contribute to smarter cities and a low-carbon lifestyle while making sure every person and organization has access to mobile Internet. Easy to use, hassle-free and safeguarding transparency and safety. How to bring this together in one practical strategy, engaging all T-Mobile employees?
SOLUTION
We supported T-Mobile with developing a clear Corporate Responsibility strategy, roadmap and organizational model. By facilitating different sustainability working groups, stakeholder focus groups and focusing on employee engagement, we enabled them to put the strategy to practice. For the last two years, we translated the results into their annual sustainability reports.
